2 influencer collaborationsWe reach out to vetted creators, including creators in the 80K–100K follower range who accept stay exchanges. Your property provides one complimentary night for two guests plus breakfast, with blackout dates set by you.
Quarterly analyticsReach, saves, shares, profile visits, link clicks, top posts, creator performance, and next-quarter planning.
Three-month initial contract, with renewal after the term. A 50% upfront payment is required. Monthly photographer and videographer services are included in the $3,500 package. For influencer collaborations, you provide one complimentary night for two guests plus breakfast, and you choose blackout dates. We prioritize vetted creators open to stay-for-content exchanges; some creators request paid partnerships of $500–$1,000 for a single Reel, so we assess those separately before committing. Raw files are yours.
